We had our ward party tonight. My Parents arrived just in time with the kid's costumes in tow! My mom made all their costumes and they turned out great. I love Gracie's bum-I like em' round, I like 'em chunky.

Justin and I have too much time on our hands as you can see. Dork fest here we come-With a little stuffing Justin makes a GREAT Mr. Clean! We had a lot of fun and are very grateful to my mom for all of her hard work!

We went up Farmington Canyon to have a picnic (which we ate in the car because it was soooo cold) and to take a few family pictures. It was so pretty up there and the kids got to have a little snowball fight! The mountains really are beautiful!!

We have not been able to blog due to technical difficulties, but here is a little catch up of the last month!

Starting with the first day of school. Gracie loves first grade and Karson asks if he has school every morning. When I say, "yes" he shouts "yay, I'm getting pretty excited now!Gracie is learning how to make friends. Sometimes it is hard-one day she told me that when she brought taffy to school for a class party a girl in her class kept saying, "I want pink, I want pink" and then Gracie told me, "so I gave her purple!"-not the best way to make friends, but she learned that from her dad!

Then we had Karen's (Justin's mom)Birthday. Justin and I made a roller coaster cake- I have to say we were pretty proud of our cake!

Then we went to the Box Elder County Fair. Avrie is sporting the typical style there!

Gracie has started soccer and her jersey is green and black. They were trying to decided on a cute team name. I thought they were the cateplilars or something-all of the sudden they to a group chant and yell GOOOOO GRASS STAINS! I love it!

We went to the Dinosaur Park for Gracie's school. The kids had a lot of fun!

It looks like we could be in cosideration here for the next family reality show! Maybe we could title it " The Crazy Life of Ginormous Heads"

But I must say, these big heads sure act cute every once in awhile!

Gracie Turns 6!

Gracie turned six on August 18th! We had a family highschool Musical party. We sang the night away, went to a bounce house and ate lots of cake! Gracie also had a fun party in Washington with my family! I loved her Barbie cake there!

We went on our first double date (w/o kids) in who knows how long. We ate at the Texas Roadhouse and went to a baseball game in O-town! We had a lot of fun with our friends Dawn and Travis! Thanks to Brooke and Karen for watching our kids-soryy about all the crying!!

This past weekend we had our yearly girls weekend. It was a lot of fun being without ANY children (but we missed Brooke and Amber). I kicked Justin and the kids out and we stayed at our place. We went out shopping and came back to the house being toilet papered inside! Justin was a little sore that he was being kicked out so he left us a surprise! It was pretty funny. We ate out and went to Park City to do some more shopping. The best part was not having to pull carseats in and out and hand out dum dums, animal crackers, and baby wipes at every store!

Every two years we have a Webb family reunion. This year we were in the brand new, gorgeous house! Plus, we had several smaller cabins divied out! We had such a fun time seeing everybody and catching up with everyone! Thanks to Chris and Craig's families for putting this together! What a good Grandma Great to allow the kids to cover her in stickers!

Justin's Birthday was yesterday and this old man turned 31! Wow! We made him a special breakfast to start his day off right...and then he went outside to go to work...

PAY BACK BABY-OH YEAH!

HE WAS RUNNING LATE AND DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO STOP AT THE CAR WASH BEFORE WORK-TOO BAD!

The kids stopped by his work in their best party attire and brought some cheesecake to share! Even Chloe was geared up for the party!

This is the moment you have all been waiting for-Justin's birthday cake (not recommended for those with a more sensitive nature). Justin is going in for a little "procedure" tomorrow, hense the scissors!

The resemblense is AMAZING! I really tried to capture the facial expression that might occur during the "procedure"! Sorry hun, but I think my cake kicks hula girls butt!! Well maybe a close second at least! We'll put it to a vote!

We took Justin on a little scavenger hunt for his b-day. This included a driving range. Good form Jus!

Ghislaine's 30th birthday (She is so OLD!!)

May 25th was Ghislaine's big day! She turned 30 years old and she was really excited about it. So exited that she put this sign up to announce to everyone of her great achivement. Or maybe I did it. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUN!!

It's Birthday cake time again, and to start off the festivities Justin has made this wonderful hula- girl cake. Can Ghislaine come up with something better? Probably not, this one is the awesomest ever. The body and head are made of watermelon, the hair is cantelope guts, the lae is pineapple, the bikini top is a plum, the belly button is a blue berry, and the skirt is a cantelope skin. Fantastic!

That night we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Little did Ghislaine know, they would make her sit on a saddle in the middle of the restaurant while everybody sang to her. YEE HAW!!!!

Work Conference/Anniversary Vacation

Justin had a work conference in Miami so I came along and we used it as a way to celebrate our anniversary! Thanks to our sweet friends, Dawn and Travis, we were able to leave the three older kids at home. The first day we slept in until 10:30 (8:30 utah time) and it was wonderful!!Our hotel was in Doral-just outside of Miami. On the hotel grounds is a PGA championship golf course where Tiger Woods plays each year. There were a lot of filthy rich, old men in plaid pants, polo shirts, and little sweaters tied around their necks playing golf outside our room.

We were about 20 minutes from the beach. The water was so warm-a little different than Oregon beach water. We went a day earlier before the conference began so that we could spend the entire day at the beach!

What a cute new dad!

This is our new addition- Chloe Anne Richards. She was born on Friday, March 6th at 2:13 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds and 2 ounces and was 20 inches long. She has chubby cheeks and looks a lot like Gracie did when she was born. She even has a little hair!! She is healthy and already has the girlie squil down! We are glad to have her home-let the craziness begin!

She got to go to the "tanning salon" due to her jaundice.

Justin's sister tried to find a shirt that said,"who are all of these kids and why are they calling me daddy?" I can't believe ALL of these kids belong to us. We do feel blessed to have healthy kids who are so good to us and each other!

Valentine's Dinner for TWO!

On Valentine's Day Gracie and Karson decided to open a special restaurant for their Grams and Papa. They decorated the Laundry room and made it a romantic Bistro! Gracie got Grams ready, once they arrived and Karson got Papa ready. We had Papa stand at the foot of the stairs with a singing rose and await his beautiful date!

Gracie was a good waitress and Karson was a good Host, although they kept begging food off of their customers. It was hard work for the cooks because the customers were very demanding! But the customers did take home the waitress, host, and busboy (Avrie) for two nights! That was an excellent "tip" for the cooks!

Cassie, Rachel, and I met for lunch at one of my favorite restaurants-Sweet Tomatoes! We try to meet up monthly, but with babies being born and the holidays it has been about three months since we last got together. Cassie was the matchmaker for Justin and I, plus my roommie at Ricks and USU. Rachel and I go clear back to the sixth grade! It is always fun reminising and swaping stories about our kid's bodily movements and the darndest things that they say. Catherine-we missed you!! Rac-hope you had a good birthday!

Crossing Over to the Dark Side

Karson cried when he first saw me and kept pointing to my hair all day asking, "What's that?" Avrie Jane has finally decided that she might try walking! Justin would hold her hand and try to walk laps with her around the living room and she would scream the whole time. Now, she thinks it is ok and is willing to do it on her own! It is about time, considering she is almost 14 months old! She has until March 6th to get it down pat because that is when I am being induced!

Finally Made it to Spokane

We were finally able to leave to go to Spokane. We left last Monday and had a great week with my family. There was so much snow there. They received 57 inches in two weeks!! It was crazy, but the kids had fun in the huge mounds of snow!

We had a really good Christmas! Our only hang up is that we were suppossed to leave on Friday to drive to see my family in Spokane, but the weather was so bad that we decided not to leave. We are shooting for Monday and hope that the weather cooperates! The kids were so excited for Santa and loved the presents he brought them. It was a really nice holiday!

Snowman Pancakes

Every Sunday I actually make something besides cereal for breakfast-and I must admit more often it is Justin doing the cooking. Usually, the kids ask for turtle pancakes, but last Sunday I decided to surprise them with snowman pancakes instead. We haven't had any snow-besides that fluke storm in October-and the kids really want to play in the snow. We hope this would influence mother nature, but the week forecast only shows sunshine. Maybe next week...

Twilight Madness

As many of you know, Twilight opened in theaters this weekend. So to celebrate, a friend of a friend put together a fun Twilight Madness night. We rented out a room at Fat Cats in Ogden, ate pizza, and played fun Twilight trivia and bingo games. I opted out of wearing a shirt that said "I'm carrying Edward's baby...Don't tell my husband!" and instead wore a "Leech Lover" shirt. I felt a little silly, being so old and so into Twilight, but then I saw my friend Heather's Grandma and sister with half naked pictures of Jacob printed on their shirts. It was hilarious! I guess you're never too old to be a little silly! Thanks Heather for a fun night!!
P.S. My opinion of the movie is that the book is 100 times better, but I'm still glad I went!

We had a fun ward Halloween party tonight. Justin and I had so much fun putting our costumes together. They are not as beautiful as the ones my mom made for the kids, but we felt pretty creative! On the back of my target it said "Justin's Dear: Captured 7 years ago and he hasn't shot me yet!" It was a fun night!

bEFORE sURGERY

Yesterday, Gracie had her tonsels and adnoids taken out. She was so brave. She had a hard time leaving me at the surgery doors and they had to give her a sedative to calm her down. After the surgery and when she came to, she had a little bit of a panic attack. I could hear her screaming from the parents waiting room (at least I was pretty sure it was her). They called me back to her recovery room and she nearly jumped out of the bed into me arms when she saw me. That's a hard thing to go through as a mom. She was really upset for a bit and then slowly calmed down and fell asleep. She says she doesn't remember any of that (I'm glad). After she woke up she had a rootbeer slushie, which is a great "cure-all". She is still in pain, but doing well. She slept in our room last night and best of all there was NO SNORING! This kid has been snoring, loudly, since she was 2. We're glad to have this behind us!

When we went to go to church, we walked out our front door to 4 inches of SNOW!! It was crazy! It snowed all morning and is still on the ground. Even crazier is that it is supposed to be 74 degrees by Saturday!

Gracie had her last soccer game on Saturday. It was really cold! Justin got to be the coach and Gracie scored two goals (in the right net, even)! Her team was so fun.

We have a dilema! Usually my mom makes the most beautiful costumes for Halloween for the kids. Well, this year she had knee surgery and is unable to make the costumes. I just can't succumb to buying a costume at the store when we have all of these beautiful costumes to choose from. Gracie has decided to be Ariel again, but Karson and Avrie can fit into most of the other costumes. So I need your input on who should be what this year. The lion is too small for Karson, and if anyone suggests that he should be the ladybug, Justin will come after you!! For Karson it is between the mouse, gorilla, and the chicken. For Avrie it is between the lion and the ladybug (the ladybug will fit her a little better next year so I'm leaning towards the lion). Anyways, I also just thought it would be fun to post these cute Halloween pics! P.S. The chicken costume was another year my mom had surgery, this costume is from Sam's Club.

Gracie started soccer this fall. She definately "bends it like Beckham". She had a rocky start and has made a few goals for the other team, but now that she has the game down she is a pro. Boy or girl can you tell? If you can, then you amaze me because I can't even tell when I'm right there in front of the screen. Well...dundundun...it's another GIRL! My poor Karson is doomed to be the protector of 3 sisters. Gracie is a little disappointed. She wanted another brother, but I'm sure she'll love this little girl as much as she loves Avrie. Even though the thought of drama in the teenage years completely scares me, we are excited. But we have used up all of our girl names, so feel free to send suggestions!

Gracie's first DAYS of School

Gracie's first day at school was not what we expected. We had been hearing a lot of negative things about this school and the teacher, but I decided to go and get my own opinion of her. Well, needless to say, it was not a good experience and after the first day I transfered her to a different school. She loves her new school and her new teacher Mrs. Rigby. I can't believe she is in Kindergarten! Karson keeps saying, "I miss my Gracie" everyday after we drop her off, but then when we pick her up they are back to bickering-Oh well, I guess that's what brothers and sisters do!

Gracie turned 5 on Monday. She had a busy weekend celebrating her birthday. We started it off by dinner at Chili's. Then, we had a family party at Justin's parents house and a surprise party the next day with her friends. She partied like a G rated rock star and had a lot of fun!!

Our Last Weekend With Emmy-till next summer!!

Last weekend was our last weekend with our Cuz Emmy. We won't see her again until Jake finishes dental school next summer! The kids had alot of fun dancing to Guitar Hero and going to Lagoon. We'll miss you Emmy!

Missing Grants Pass

Two weeks ago we were able to see our friends from Grants Pass, Jeff and Shelby Berg (not pictured) and the Sharps. It really made us miss the great friends we made there. Gracie and Karson really miss their favorite babysitters ever!! It was great to catch up with all of them!

Hello Everyone- it's me, Avrie. I wanted to inform you of a recent conversation I had with my mother (A.K.A Fertile Mertile). She explained to me that in a little less than 7 months I was going to have to give up everthing that infantized me (bottle, binki, etc.). She said that a new baby would be taking over these things. I may be smiling about this now, but give me a little time with this "surprise baby" (as she called it) and I might not be wearing as big of a grin. Things are going to change around here, but I'll make sure to let this baby know who's boss! Anyways, I thought you all might enjoy this little bit of news. And just a warning to some of you out there...you might think your safe, but beware- this could happen to you!!!

Grandma Hall sent cute matching outfits for Avrie and Gracie. They looked so cute. I'm glad Gracie still lets me dress her...o.k. well she really doesn't have a choice!

24th Pioneer Day Fireworks

Jake And Amber's Surprise Visit

We planned a BBQ for Justin's family, but little did his family know is that his brother Jake and Amber and Emmy were going to be there. Jake is dental school in Nova Scotia and decided to make a surprise visit. They had Emmy open the door. It was Quite a shock for everybody!!

We went to the Layton Parade. It was kind of lame, but the kids enjoyed it.

cook our own so went went

out for some sweet BBQ

and apple pie!

We went to the fireworks show at Lagoon. We all got a little hungry waiting for the show to start...

...Especially Avrie!

Celebrating our many freedoms can sure wear you out! We were all tired, but it was a fun day! Happy Birthday America!

Block Party!

We live in such a fun neighborhood! We just had a block party. Even though we are a street or two over our friends were kind enough to invite us over! Therer were so many kids there running around. It was good food, volleyball, and an outside movie featuring The Princess Bride. We love the area we live in and couldn't ask for better people to live around!

Swimming Fun!

Our Air Conditioning has not been working and they can't come fix it till July 7th! We are roasting, so we went to Lagoona Beach and went swimming in their ice cold water! It felt wonderful!

By the end of the day, Avrie was tired out and didn't want to be bothered!

My First Poneytail

Okay, so it's a pretty poor excuse for a poneytail, but Gracie was 2 before we could do this! Avrie is 7 months and the happiest little thing ever! She is so content with everything and is always smiling!

PARK CITY

We had a girl's weekend in Park City. I went with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and my mominlaw's friend and her daughters. It was so nice having no kids and shopping for hours without handing out fruitsnacks and trying to fit a stroller through the racks of clothing!

Karen couldn't even carry all of our purchases up to our room! I think only one of those bags are hers, the rest are mine!

It is difficult to see because of the glare, but in the window is a pair of really nice, furry underwear that Brooke and I wanted to buy for our husbands. They probably cost $500!

And what would be a girl's weekend without eating lots of good food! You should have seen our treat table back at the condo!! Thanks Julie and girls! You guys are great fun!!

This is the first Father's Day that we have been around for in the past three years! For some reason the kids and I have been visiting family out of town, leaving Justin by his lonesome on Father's Day. So I had to promise not to leave this year! The kids and I made crepes and then hid his presents around the house so Gracie could play the Hot/Cold game with him. Justin is an exceptionally good dad. He helps out so much and is always playing and having fun with the kids! We love him so much!!

Justin turned 30!! We wanted to remind him how big a number 30 really is, so all day we gave him gifts of 30 (thanks Rachel D. for the idea). He woke up to 30 donuts, then a car full of 30 balloons and 30 candy bars, a lunch of 30 pigs in a blanket, 30 granola bars, 30 carrots, and 30 oreos! It was fun to torture him! Justin is a wonderful husband and absolutely a great dad. We love him so much even though he is an old man now! Happy Birthday Justin!

Justin and I have a tradition of doing non-traditional cakes! For those of you who don't know, I clean a medical office a couple of nights a week. So for my cake, Justin made a mop bucket! i know we are wierd. It really did look cool! Justin's birthday is next week so stay tuned for my birthday cake creation. I try to out do him, but it is difficult! Justin-Thanks for the cake and wonderful birthday! I love you!

Outside Surprises!

We bought our house in the winter, so everyday is a surprise at what is blooming! We were about to cut away some of the vines around our gazeebo, but thought we should wait to see if anything blooms. Well, shortly after we looked outside and saw these beautiful purple flowers. It smells so good under the gazeebo!

A Beautiful Day at Temple Square

My parens were in town for my grandmother's funeral and we took them to temple square. It was such a beautiful day. We saw the Joseph Smith movie. It was very powerful! It was so nice to be out and see the flowers in full bloom!

Gracie, Karson, and Avrie met up with their cousins Emmy and Lexi and the farm. It was such a fun day. Emmy is visiting from Nova Scotia. The kids loved petting the animals and going on pony rides! It was a great day!
